The winner is: HK Lipovci (SLO)

The Slovenian HK Lipovci defended their championship title again. The hosts won against the Slovakian KPH Raca but with penalty strokes only on Saturday and by one goal against the Hungarian Rosco SE on the Saturday final. The Austrian Wiener Neudorf got the 3rd place by the 2 – 1 victory against Slovakian KPH Raca.

I want to say thank you to all of you for the whole season and the fair and exciting games on the Final Eight in Lipovci, Slovenia last weekend. I congratulate to HK Lipovci for winning this competition.

I have to say also thank you to HK Lipovci, and especially to Mr. Zlatko Stanko for the great organization of this final tournament, to Mr. Louis Balázs for maintaining our website and Mr. Tibor Tápai for preparing the match schedule.

Besides the matches we had a meeting where we could discuss the most important things of the 2012/13 Interleague season. All details and information you will get soon.

Frontal attack against the umpire

Match 23 (HK. Moravse Toplice - HK Trigrlav) was suspended in 46th min after a frontal attack by player HK M. Toplice Srecko Dragojlovic (13) against the umpire Boštjan Puhan. HK M. Toplice player Srecko Dragojlovic (13) got a green, a yellow, a second yellow, finally a red card. The case is under investigation by Interleague Office.

Round#1: Wr. Neudorf & Bratislava

With the Wr. Neudorf-Rosco match and the Slovakian round with 4 matches the Interleague 2011-2012 has begun. As usual we just received the match sheet a bit late. May we ask you to pay a little bit more attention when you filling out the players name. If you use CAPTIAL letters in match froms you will spare a lot of time for us and you also will minimize the number of mistakes. Thanks! [admin]

The winner is: KPH Rača

The Slovakian KPH Rača won the 2010-2011 Central European Interleague in a very tight match against Slovenian U16. ŠK Šenkvice got the third place but they were just unlucky: the lost against Slovenian U16 by one penalty stroke competition goal. Építők was in a very hard situation but at least they could manage to participate at the final four. Best scorer: Tomáš Romanec (KPH Rača) Best player of the Final Four: Wesselényi Márton (Építők HC) We congratulate for all the participants, thanks for the high level tournament and meet you in the 2011-2012 seasons.

Postponed round

Dear All, I have to inform you that the round on 1st October must be postponed to 2012 spring, because HC Wiener Neudorf can not play on that day. I am really sorry for the inconveniencies. To avoid this in the future please inform me ASAP which weekends are or are not suitable for you. One more thing: please fill in the match sheets with capital letters to make it readable for us.

IX. Santa Claus Cup

Invitation

Építok Hockey Club (Budapest, Hungary) kindly invites you and your team(s) to the 9th Építok Santa Claus Indoor Youth Cup in U10, U12 and U16 categories. To support the country side hockey in Hungary we decided to organize the tournament – with huge help of HC Gerjen - at Fadd this year. Fadd is a small city 134 km to the south from Budapest on the M6 highway.

IL Final Four Men

The winner is: HK Lipovci

The Slovenian HK Pliva Lipovci won the tournament by 4-1 victory against the Czech Slavia Hradec Králové in the final. The Hungarian Rosco HC won against the Slovakian ŠK Šenkvice by 3-1 and got the 3rd place. Unfortunately there was no match for the 5th place because Wr. Neudorf gave up this match. Olcote-Ares HC kicked out Építők HC for the 7th place by 8-3. We congratulate for all the participants, thanks for the high level tournament and meet you in the 2011-2012 seasons.
